aol(assurance of learning)
aol 是assurance of learning 的缩写,即学习质量保障体系,是aacsb国际认证的重要构成部分,也是一个系统的周期性工程。该体系将系统的收集、分析和运用学生学习成果的相关信息数据,以提供系统的回馈给各教学项目,提高学生的学习效果,让教师进一步改进教学方法,使学习过程更有效,确保教学的卓越化。aol体系对当前管理学院各项目的质量提升将起重要作用;aol体系构建过程,不仅是获取国际认证过程的重要环节,更是管理学院向国际一流商学院看齐,寻求自身发展的重要途径。
为达到良好的教学效果,保障教育质量,aol 标准体系设计成一个包含设定学习目标、目标测评、评估学习效果、保持循环改进等几个关键步骤在内的不断循环改进的过程。其内核是基于数据分析,科学导向的持续不断改进。
